- Prosecute cases vertically.
- Participate in the local DEC Team
and
regularly attend team meetings.
- Respond to law enforcement/CPS
when
notified of a drug endangered child.
- Review evidence collected
by law
enforcement, CPS, and medical personnel.
- Reference appropriate
laws, criminal
and civil.
- Determine appropriate actions to take that
are in the best interest of the child.
